I ONLY said WHEN can SHAREHOLDERS expect an UPDATE per your message. Thats not violating any rules. A simple "in the coming weeks" in the coming days" next year, next decade, next lifetime. They absolutely can tell shareholders "we have an update coming soon" yes tgey cant say what but they can respind to shareholders I call BS on that bud
