Yes, I know some will disagree with my opinion - that's O.K. (that is everyone's right to comment here). Doesn't mean we can't be friends.

I made a call with last week's chart and was surprised they started to dilute from .005, so I got that one wrong.... I made the call Friday we may see 4's by Tuesday (surprised by the bid sitting & dilution) ... so got that was wrong too...

Making no excuses, I apologize again but will try to do better next time with my BFM....

All past experienced with dilution is nearly always some sort of dilution going on near final M&A.... I guess $481,000debt, $25,000auditwork, $50,000taxsettlement + 11,000,000insidershares

Pretty sure a steady dose continues, but we also have 2 events coming as well. Considering those.... there would be 1-2 moves up that could help dilution speed up.

***They probably diluted 25mill so far... probably $60mill, so they have the $530,000 left to get done to include the 11mill

if $UHLN shares can climb over .005 they can do a straight dilute and get a better deal and less shares to dilute......

Bottom line: Fully diluted at .002 is $1,000,000 MC, debt fully paid
Fully diluted at .001 is $500,000 MC, debt fully paid
10.7M NOL remains the same

Can only buy 6,850,000 if they go fully diluted.... waiting for the word

All in $UHLN.... IMO, looks on par for good things to some (when - IDK, I'll wait it out like usual.
