Exactly the first transaction was amended

you are missing amended SEC 12/A Doc no.2 where EMA was the recieptient of 427M + common shares from the OS for buying the debt,

This cut and paste 8K Doc missed the proof readers, hence the PR today and the need to fix.

check Whalewisdom EMA MSPC it will show you EMA has the 427M position

I know this all is confusing. it took me my gut something wasn't adding until I saw those Doc's you site which don't show the doc of the the actual transfer weren't signed and approved.
