Interesting...
When a company buys another they buy them to make money on that companies profits. We hear of it every day some company buying another, that is how business works

So...ADM/The Perfect Circle...will own Plutusx and hopefully enjoy major profits from them.

It would be like you having a company and you buy tonys Pizza and you buy Ira's Ice cream and you buy Mary's market... ALL of their profit is now your profit even though they are still operating on their own.
