The common shares are NOT trading. The ticker is.

They are not the same thing.

The old common shares have been cancelled pursuant to the order of the bankruptcy court. All new equity in AmeriResource was issued to the secured debtor.

Common shareholders in ARIOQ were wiped out. That is how bankruptcy works, and is also how it worked in this case.
