i disagree as I am certainly not a short investor. There are some very good, critical comments on seeking alpha by the angry geologist, etc, and others and the bottom line, their conclusion is this:
if you follow this company, you will learn that there has been a GIGANTIC SHORT POSITION based on a singular idea: that the deposit is suspect. This has been a debate in the market for 3 to 4 years now.......and by suspect I mean that many sophisticated, knowledgeable investors, backed by geologists, who can be wrong of course, feel the company has reported to the market a gold resource that does not exist, at least in the grades they have reported..........there is a thousand day debate about who is right and who is wrong, and I have no ability to be the judge. Even being a geologist under these circumstances is dangerous, because it may make you want to take a bet, which is not investing, it is better.........so leave this one alone, forever. The early returns, say what you will, say that the shorts are right. Maybe the company is right and this can be proven over several quarters, but every single report is a possible stick of dynamite.........this is not investing at all. STEP ASIDE.
