I agree the joke was on OWCP investors that thought the company owned patents - all OWCP owned were letters of rejection - now that was funny.

Even OTCM investors should understand the patent process - unfortunately most invested because they didn't understand what a provisional patent was and what it meant - fortunately I-Glow arrived to provided edification and along with that a decrease in the price - seems to happen when I expose a OTCM scam.
