They owe us a potential $500m if the clowns could hit milestones, right?

of course we know mgt screwed up the AMGN deal and we are on course to get $ZERO

So just call up AMGN, and say we will give you the keys if you give us the $500m right now.

That's $10 a share which will get most people out of this train wreck reasonably whole.

$10 a share that could be freed up and redeployed to companies with competent, value creating mgts.

Anyone who thinks they will do better with this incompetent, loser crew needs their head examined. It will be years before they every get anything done, and in another three months, if the dilution passes, they will dilute us another 30 million shares.
