Company announces they have terms in place now for 50mm ATM with broker. The entire market cap is only 50mm. Yet the continue to make investments across many different sectors. Add in insider purchases for extremely low amounts which appear to be only for the purpose of creating a form 4 and you have to wonder managements intentions. Bob18 rolling.
