Why any investor with the right mind would hold a soon-being-canceled "Q" stock? When BIONQ is canceled (anytime from now on) all the common shares will be worthy ZERO!
Do you have some evidence or a link showing that the SEC is about to shut them down?
Once a company has gone through the "Q" part, it usually goes up. Looks more like a "Buy" situation than a panic dump situation.
