Fannie Mae-No Politics (FNMA)

Does the American Enterprise Institute have the ear of the
White House ? If so, GSE backers might be worried about
some “administrative” changes AEI would like the administration
to make regarding Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac programs.

In particular, the conservative think-tank would like to see the
GSEs end their support of cash-out refis and the second-home
market. We wonder what the National Association of Realtors
would think about the latter…
