So far this is one of the hardest stocks (non-OTC) that I've ever encountered in terms of trying to assess a short term bottom (even while knowing the dilutive factor).

This thing has got to be due for a break from this insane dilution-selling at some point, one would think.
In past months (amidst ongoing dilution), it has had decent short term moved upward about every 6 weeks or 2 mos on average, so one would think this is finally due soon. Just my opinion
