I havent posted here for a while, well simply because its friggen depressing to see the share price at these levels due to major incompetence. I told them there were negative forces at play "Shorts" almost a year ago and only now they are admitting there is foul play. As you all know, I am down over 700K USD on this puppy. Im trying hard to keep it together these days with my life savings along with my father's and best friends riding in the hands of IPCI management. Of course the wave of negative occurrences havent stopped as Im now going through a divorce due to my investment in IPCI. I'll be accountable and say that its my fault for selling all my other equities to purchase more shares of IPCI and average down over and over but who would have thought we would be sitting at .62?
That being said, the latest biggest mistake is that their last offering was for only 4 million. They know how much it cost to keep the company running every quarter so why only do it for 4 million? Now they are stuck and royally screwed! The only way any CFO or CEO does an offering for that little is if they guarantee had something up their sleeve that 100% would pop the share price to levels of stability.
Im hoping a licensing deal, FDA approval, partnership, PODRAS - ANYTHING !!!!
If this is not the case, then WE as shareholders are totally done!
During our private meeting with management, I flat out asked Patient why he took the job and his reply was "To be a hero" to basically get the company back on its feet...well here's his chance. So far the only thing we've seen is a direct offering wrongly timed..and what I mean by wrongly timed is, they filed it when we finally had momentum and trading at $1.20 (rebounding). Which then brought us down to the.80's level. Dont get me wrong, I like Patient and Odidi. Their lay of the land/goals or intentions for the year looks great but without cash, you cant operate.
Lets hope Patient and Odidi finally pull a rabbit out of the hat and surprise us on the positive side for a change. WE DESERVE IT DAMMIT!
