That so called 'society' is not making the rules in BC. Every mining project has an opponent but it gets approved if it complies with laws and regulations. This one man society will enjoy a big open pit or underground mine up the Tsolum creek. Fish can be restocked when the mine closes. Who cares about treehuggers societies anyways? We need the metals.
