What We're All Missing Is What's Stafford's EndGameGoal...

I agree that Stafford might be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve his goal(s). but what are they when it comes to CDMO???

There could be reasons for him to want CDMO to be added to Russell Rebalancing just as there could be reasons he may want to avoid that scenario.

Stafford showed he was willing to sell a large chunk heading in to the recent public offering, just so he could buy more for less. He claims to be here for other stockholders, but really he is here for his own benefits... and perhaps those of a yet to be scene BP???

My only hope is that eventually Stafford plans on selling his stock in CDMO for a substantial profit. Which means PPS will have to go up!

Combine that with Dart holding his chunk of PPHM/CDMO and never selling even one share!

OverSold, UnderValued, OverDue an Upwards Price Correction.

What would happen to the PPS if just one of the drugs they've been doing test batch runs over the last year or so, that belongs to one of our mysterious unnamed customers, would end up being a major drug for a major BP???
