District court doesn’t change the ruling of the ptab however

Whatever claims are left are the ones in the case

Those claims according to the market value relative to merimed stake don’t seem to be getting much value or any according to my math

Any claims of value have to be recouped at the cafc, district court is not a “do over” once you’re through the ptab, it’s simply a case on REMAINING claims
