My thoughts ...

Checkered past - FOR SURE .....but maybe they stumbled onto a legit deal here - right place right time ,lots of specifics stated here , SPECIFIC names pr'd , apparent progression on Canoe.US website , signed dual language contract with a peculiar health insurance clause , no subsequent fluffy pr's either this time to keep it rolling along ... the granularity and facts are easily traceable and if an investigation happened would nail them to the wall .... I dont think they are that dumb ...

Podwerks - they stated in a tweet that they needed to clean up their image as MJ stocks were looked down upon in China ... If he was truly scamming he would have kept the MJ - bs going - as its still a hot sector churning along in the OTC making money .... something made him drop that project like a hot potato ...which leads me to believe in the legitimacy here of this .....

Silence ...uncharacteristic of a true scammer getting to the end of his authorized shares....I think the SEC and or Chinese govt. is the holdup here and one way or another the merger is either approved or disapproved .... red tape takes time ....

Side note ...I was thinking about this the other night ....IF the covert rumor about Li / Canoe being affiliated with BITMAIN is true - this stock is the only stock out there that would be like being a part of BITMAIN a private co. that OWNS the crypto mining hardware and mining market and did 2.3 BILLION IN PROFITS IN 2017 . "An early miner of bitcoin says that the MONTHLY PROFIT of Bitmain in 2017 was $30 million USD and they reached a net profit of roughly 1 billion yuan during the first half. ISNT THAT WORTH THE GAMBLE WE ARE ALL TAKING HERE ALONE ? I think that puts our PPS in the CRCW , LFIN , RIOT trajectories based on the BITMAIN connection ..... possible tens of dollars ... I think the true play here is the possible connection with BITMAIN .
