Tom, I'm going to be straight forward with you.
Your asking someone who provides golden riddles from the duration of the last two years, which none have come to fruition, nor has helped investors. What makes this situation any different.
TALK and UMS's state went from promising, to bad, to worst, to the absolute worst of scenario's (a wind down of operations, T-Mobile no longer affiliating with UMS/TALK, a break down of TALK's partnership with UMS, and TALK's REVOCATION). Nevada NOS docs, Pacer docs, iTalk website, and the blatant lack of communication with investors show this.
At this point IMO, I highly doubt anyone knows what is going on here, besides revocation.
I sure hope I'm wrong, but this is what common sense tells me.
