Amen. It gives the outward appearance of being dodgy. Fundamentally, there was great news out when taken together over the past three months: safety analysis report was spot on, 500 CHEMSAT treatments, negotiations with the FDA to increase enrollment, debt cleared, the private placement then, BOOM, the request for AS/RS.

Something happened around the time of the placement that necessitated this most recent filing. Shareholders have a right to know what’s going on.
