See - I agree but in that webinar, he clearly said that it would be priced at a discount. Said it twice, actually.

I am with you that I would almost prefer a higher offering price or, at least, a higher exercise price on the warrants. Tricky thing to find that sweet spot IMO !!

** Again, for a big phish that really believes and has vision, spending 8 - 8.5M total (to buy Joey out and spend the 3-4M to open a few new stores) would do wonders here. I often wonder if talks aren't happening right now at the 11 1/2 hour? NO PR / No pricing as yet. HMMMMMMM
