Patience with BVTK. Always follow leadership , do the DD how that has panned out historically. Share structure is the last of bvtk worries. Can be fixed multiple ways and if I had to pick a CEO from the OTC to do it , it would be celucci because this isn't his first turnaround. To argue you would invest in a different company because they have lower share structure is absolutely absurd. To avoid toms backround and connections over share structure is absurd. Conventional financing hasn't come in yet because it's not the time to come in . Watch things change drastically after VICE IMO. You don't just go out and get conventional financing until the time is right. Again , avoiding this guys skill set , connections and backround is absolutely absurd ( over share structure lol)
