That’s been my take all along. This whole episode definitely been ‘the Chewbacca Defense’. Nothing makes sense.

Perhaps Leo may know: is it possible for a single entity, through various purchasing entities, to fly under the SEC’s 4.99% reporting radar and consolidate a much larger ownership %, and only aggregate once it’s go time? I assume DCTH must know who purchased these shares from the private offering?

Either way, DCTH’s opaqueness is becoming a problem to me as a shareholder.

Let’s hope we get some guidance near term.
