Doc, Of course I can and whining may be too strong!
We have had decent price and volume appreciation over the last 2 weeks. Certainly not what we would like to see but decent just the same, and I am only talking about comparing the 2 weeks with the last months. Even small steps a turn around in the right direction may be idicative of larger steps to follow. But ignoring those little steps, is not noting any chang in my view.
