It was about 15yrs ago while getting training in L.A. that I walk too get some lunch and saw some houses for sale. What a shocker it was too me too see the cost on them. They where 50 style what we have in Ohio are farm houses. I like that style but here it would need serious installation updates. No garage, park in the street, and close enough too pass a beer too your neighbor. $650,000 unbelievable. So the twins are limiting the loans they cover? Going too be a problem getting a 30yrs loan in many cities.
