He still owns 82.7k shares, and most of the sales came from exercised options. He exercised 37.5k options and then sold 80% of the shares

I do not think too highly of the guy, either, but his insider activity with AMD stock, is if anything, bullish. He has been accumulating AMD stock by holding on to 20% of the options. This looks like a program of excersize/sell that he has locked himself into (probably for legal reasons?) Going forward, I would look for a break in this pattern to signal that something is up. Especially in combination with others. If anything, his trading pattern, for now, is a don't care.
