The IP became worthless about 15 years ago when it was not licensed to a major BP for %20 percent of the profit. If it was, now Bavi would be in hundreds of clinical trials and possibly in the market for some indication. The BOD (johnson,pohl,swartz) kept collecting half a million a year for doing absolutely nothing. Now the scientific world has moved on with hundreds of biomarkers. Even if PS targeting gets a drug in the marked, this new BOD and Avid is no match for a big player in a lawsuit. Go Avid the Manufacturing company. It is over for Bavi.
