$0.50 is the price of this stock.

If you sell enough of something to one group of people at a certain price then soon everyone wants to pay the same price.

$PRED has sold million of shares at 50 cents in the last three months. Why would anyone pay a massive premium to that? In addition they have disclosed that they will need to sell even more shares in the future. There is no catalyst on the horizon that will make anyone want to pay up for these shares.
