It appears that the SEC allows the OTC Pink exchange to police itself. It is likely therefore, that Harry has not reached the right audience.

Someone should do some research before getting too exorcised over Harry's activities. I suspect that this bottom rung exchange has fairly liberal policies before moving a "STOP Limited Information" characterized stock into "Caveat Emptor".

Also, and you know this better than anyone. Whatever the rules are, KK knows them and will work them to his advantage. He will not let the mother ship, GERS, get delisted unless he is up to some nefarious deed. If the later, then more power to Harry.

This plays out one way or the other. Tremendous reward comes with this very high risk.

I do know for a fact that GERS' principals follow the Skunk Blog; that makes it likely that they read this one as well. So Harry has got his point across, along with about a dozen of us who have complained bitterly about the lack of filings. I do not think that this matters at all to KK, he has some game plan, he knows the rules (and we do not); so we sit and wait, and wait, and ...
