The Market Value of PWLK at $0.0002 (current bidding price) is higher than the Market Value of AFTC at $0.0003 (current asking price). Those PWLK shareholders should liquidate their PWLK shares at the 0.0002 bid then use all the proceeds to buy AFTC at the 0.0003 ask since AFTC has Positive Book Value v.s. PWLK has Negative Book Value!
