Interesting choice of words

They didn't "authorize" the PR, yet its source had to be confirmed by Ihub's newswire personnel prior to it's release, so SOMEONE inside the company had to have submitted it. Management is stating that they didn't "authorize" it.

Not a straight up DENIAL that they have no intentions on reverse merging
this new entity filed on 2-21-18 with their MJWL shell.
