I’ve been a shareholder for several years and am starting to lose patience. From my perspective, it seems that McKowen, using things like Otto Hilbert’s letter from McKowen’s Dec 5, 2017 investor update, is spreading misinformation and lies! What else isn’t true? Was there anyone conspiring with van Wingerden to take over the greenhouses as Otto claims, or is that a blatant lie? What in the world did Otto (or McKowen) ask you to “cover for” in regards to the MED hearings?


If only $9-$10 million of the $20 million has been invested in Avondale facilities as you say, maybe it IS a Ponzi scheme as Tigerpac suggested in post #821 on Jan 19, 2018.


Otto made it sound like any investor can reach out to him for more information, and yet he did not leave any of his contact information. Do you have any of his info, so that I may forward some direct questions his way?
