Could today be the day with get a Def. S-1 regarding the proposed offering from 2/14/18? Don't these events usually come by fairly close in time? The Pre- and Def-? Of course it could be other after-hours news that will be made to look as bad. My question is where are these shares coming from? If it's not dilution who would be selling right here?
