According to TDAmeritrade, Institutional interest is over 39% and short-interest at 5%. To me, this is a very positively lopsided ratio. I'm sure institutional percentage went way up after the Ford deal was announced, but yet, Ford pulls out and this thing would or could go sub dollar again?

Looking to get in over next week or two.
