price has been moving up since 19th on steady volume. pnd's don't behave like this. i'd say more of short covering initially and some value buying stepping in. its not a stretch for undervalued stocks to run up ahead of an anticipated good ER

a significant change in direction for this stock will be if it holds or moves higher after ER.

technically, book value roughly is about $3/share sum of all parts, so it's a rather risk-reasonable upside buy under that level. anything over that will need to be supported by an appropriate level of revenue / guidance
