As I just mentioned to TA. They should care! MHO.

They would have far less uphill battles to be won if they were timely, accurate, reliable, yes, "caring".

Ed has created the atmosphere of doubt and disbelief.
My thought is he should know better and could make life much easier on himself, others and SEGI itself if he would think ahead, plan better and deliver like the professional he professes to be.

MHO only, but that is it.
