It's the context of the issuances that make them vastly different. The Viralytics private placement (at a premium) is not comparable to the open dilutive secondary offering at 10 year lows by ADXS, IMO. If the company had done an offering similar to Viralytics, i don't think you'd see the same level of disdain towards management as you do now. To whether or not this could limit and/or be a precursor to a sale, anything is possible.
