I reached out earlier via email and I haven't heard anything back yet. Not sure if they can divulge the information on the SS yet or not. But I agree with all of you regarding SVB doing their DD and Jason knowing who would control the float before he decided to sign up for purchasing it. It wouldn't make sense for either one of them to sign on if they didn't have a complete comfort level with the share structure.

I think the writing is on the wall and those attempting to keep this down are going to get a painful lesson of what it feels like to be deeply underwater or at the dock when the boat has sailed.
