Not yet, although the stock offering should close today, which will be announced today or tomorrow. This is often follow by an appreciation in stock price.

However, the magnitude of that appreciation is unpredictable. One offering at an "all-time low" for ADXS preceded a run up to some $13 per share. Different market cap, but a rather large multiple run.

Does anyone with historical experience recall if there was other news concomitant with that rise, or was the successful conduct of the public offering the only news at that time?
