Hopefully someone will please enlighten the board with all the opinionated statements being thrown around on how the company has proven to be strong! Would just like some more detail from the board, thanks!

Lets just go recent as it will become to over convoluted. What is clear is a company with a failed Medicated Markets deal that was announced many times as signed and done, produced zilch and cancelled, set aside 200 million shares, deal never went through and shares disappeared! Deals done, hasn't been spoke off in many months and shares are gone! Can someone show me where they went please! Should they not have been cancelled? I never saw 200M shares reduced after the issuance. Maybe someone can show me.

There is an Ibliss deal that was mentioned on numerous occasions to be done, signed and closed according to many PR's. Apparently not. Now there is no money to close. But wait? How do you PR officially a public close to only be wrong and never mention it again and it is no longer part of the company? Where is that money and shares?

Now EAPH hires Bagi? CEO of defunct AXXE!

Lets look at AXXE before the most recent name change and reverse split! Since he has been CEO for years with old AXXE, you'd think it would have done well and be proof for EAPH to do well! After all, that's why he was hired. apparantly he is a doctor right? Maybe.. Apparently?

AXXE
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 5 split Pay date=07/30/2008.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 750 split Ex-date=04/12/2012.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 2500 split Pay date=03/09
/2016.

EVERYONE WIPED!! Hit .50 last promo and Bagi was involved all along the way! Roll-Back happened shortly thereafter.

Now on Easton. Look at the new share structure of AXXE/ALST. What happened with that company with Bagi many years in charge. Lets take it when it was .10. An individual bought in and got rolled back 5 then 750 then 2500 to one over a couple year period. Every dollar that person invested would be worth .00000011 if I am not mistaken. Seems like a great deal! Every $100,000 became worth eleven cents according to my math IMO.

Woah. So glad he is at the helm of Easton now! Apparantly he does not like bloated outstanding! Roll back city boys.. like it or not the company aint sitting here with zero cash, zero revs and zero income all the while with zero realistic initiatives!!!

The stars have aligned. If an investor cant see it, they deserve to get rinsed IMO and when it happens they shouldn't cry to anybody but themselves.
