I find it amusing that the rally last Aug-Sept occurred 5 months after his 1 year anniversary. So he could have sold without registering. He claims to still to have 1,512,5000,000 common shares as of 10/31/17. Not sure I believe him. I think he sold some or all of them in Sept 2017. That beneficial shareholder disclosure footnote is not worth the paper its written on. Ahh, the luxury of no-audit & no verification.
