Agree, i honestly think the new share structure is a key element to finally break the chains of penney land.. bigger stronger hand are playing a role here and will truly take the reigns if thing progress from this appeal. i believe after wifi and pending oilstates, wddddddd will be a great way for them to set an example off exactly how the new landscape should look.

So lets just say the judges just agree with ptab and no changes are made... we go with 6.... then oil states decision looms, can possibly go our way and what a day to be alive as a long term share holder.!!!
