I can hear these guys talking now in my imagination: "This turd is still floating in the toilet. I think we both deserve a bonus! And after that let's plan another bonus! BONUS BONUS BONUS!"

"$175,000 and $75,000 ... not conditioned upon the continued service of either Mr. Allen or Mr. Handerhan."

Hahaha this is absolutely hilarious at this point. Their jobs at this point are essentially thinking of ways to create new bonuses for themselves without doing any additional work. Imagine all the shame they have to live with for the rest of their lives after this thing goes belly up.

Time to dump this Monday, at the open....
