I emailed the execs of the company and they said 4 to 6 weeks this was last week.

That is the timeframe for opening.

Also in the last SEC release it was mentioned that the new manager has already started collecting orders. If they didn't plan on processing them soon they want spend efforts collecting them is my opinions.
