So you are denying what I just showed as fact? Up to you but it clearly states Optex Delaware issued shares to Longview and Alpha, but no mention of issuing shares to Arland...

The reason I only explained one item was in my original post (not to clutter).

Once again, Optex CLEARLY issued shares to Longview and Alpha (from SEC filing 10K):

"...a $9 million equity interest in Optex Systems, Inc. (Delaware) (which consisted of the issuance by Optex Systems, Inc. (Delaware) of 45,081,350 and 4,918,650 shares of its common stock to each of Longview Fund and Alpha, respectively)."

It clearly says Alpha was issued shares, not Arland. Not sure why you say Arland... We went over this before.

Where does it say Arland was issued shares by Optex Delaware?
