Up until this week DPW has been incredibly transparent and communicative therefore I have to cut them some slack and give them the benefit of the doubt here regarding the last minute Investor Presentation cancellation.

Strangely the PR released last Thursday does not show up on the DPW website and is not all that easy to find on the internet. Fidelity.com had it under "News and Events" this week but now it is gone.

Digital Power Seeks to Raise Stake in WSI Industries to Majority From 8.8% in $6/Share Tender Offer

04:35 AM EST, 02/22/2018 (MT Newswires) -- Digital Power Corporation (DPW) said in a regulatory filing late Wednesday that it plans to increase its stake in WSI Industries ( WSCI ) to over 50% from currently 8.8% by way of a cash tender offer for additional shares at $6 each.

The purchase price represents a premium of about 18% over the closing share price on Feb.15, Digital Power said, and approximately 69% over the closing share price on the day immediately prior to the initial purchase date.

"The terms of the tender offer would be conditioned on DPW acquiring enough shares to ensure that, after such acquisition and when combined with the current holdings, DPW's total beneficial ownership would be in excess of 50% of the total outstanding shares of common stock," it said in the filing.
