Titan has been in *preliminary*discussions with Braeburn for the return of U.S. commercialization rights to Probuphine and believes it is now appropriate to seek a new partner that can better focus on a successful commercialization strategy for Probuphine. Titan has retained Canaccord Genuity to assist in this effort as part of an evaluation of strategic and financial alternatives.

Preliminary is a important word for the reason that they where already in discussions most likely after the 3rd quarter with no sales and no marketing and obviously no interest in probuphine.What I am getting at is that when breaburn got a CRL it set in motion titans dissolvment of the partnership with breaburn.It wasn't something just recent but it was in the works for months,end of 3rd quarter of NO SALES.SO WE SHOULD HEAR SOMETHING SOON IMO.TIME IS MONEY......
