Courts are so backed up so many hearings going on I know this first hand! it took me almost 2 years to sue Chrysler when i bought my Challenger R/T new which it was damaged prior before i bought it back in 2012, after all that time they wind up settling with out going to court knowing they were going to lose! they just wanted to see if i was willing to take less they offered me 2.5k I said no then we settled out of court for 23k lol this can go on for another year with HDC...
