“If the RUMOR I heard is true, heavy volume on Tuesday of last week was due to insiders on the CRYPTO side being told the acquisition / merger was finalized, and you saw how much volume that brought, those would have been insiders to the company being acquired, not normal crypto traders ....... all of these things of course”

So if MINE does indeed get merged or acquired then the rumor turns into fact which equals insider trading according to your own words. You even wrote the words “insiders to the company” in your post.
