Lets wait for the investigation

Police are trained to go in with 4 men groups
to protect front ,back, left ,right.

They are taught not to enter if alone wait for backup
and SWAT.

That is a big campus, if those deputies were not together but separate from each other ,they were following training.

Please do not slander these men!
