Giddycarol30,I tried to go back and find the Pr on the line of credit but didnt find it.After we got the line of credit we didnt hear any more about it.It seems like it said that the company giving us credit would be buying up so many shares at mves approval.so I think this is just getting those shares approved.I dont think those shares will hit the market for awhile and I think were going to use the money to make or finish up a movie were working on or buy more acquisitions.I think mves is growing fast and the CEO is doing a great job
